Every afternoon between the hours of 4:30 and 6 depending on the season, the sun streams in sideways through the new forest growth and the open side doors of the theater, casting a film onto the screen, seats and walls. The base has been closed for ten years. The air is humid inside the one-room building. It rains here at least every other day; we’re not far from the rain forest.
